Blooming Beauty Floral box

I love saving leftover foam from delivery boxes- it’s lightweight, easy to shape, and perfect for creating small decorative boxes. Instead of throwing those extra pieces away. I repurpose them into cute little bases for floral designs.

For this project, I used my saved crepe paper to make a few simple flowers and added them to the foam that I saved. The texture of the crepe paper gives each flower a natural, ruffled look, and it’s such an easy way to turn leftover materials into something charming and full of personality.

Leftover crepe paper is perfect for making quick beautiful little roses. Even the smallest scraps can be turned into soft, ruffled petals that look adorable on any handmade box, To make a simple rose just cut a long strip of crepe paper, twist it gently as you roll it, and let the natural texture create the shape of each petal.

Once the rose is formed, secure the bottom with a bit of glue and fluff the petals until it looks full and pretty. These tiny roses are easy to make, beginner-friendly, and add the sweetest touch to any pink floral box or small craft project. Saving your crepe paper means less waste and more creativity.

Place the florals throughout the foam, filling in the gaps until it looks full and pretty.

I then gather the other pieces, like cardboard rolls, string of pearls, silk flowers, and add scrap paper to decorate and complete the look.

The cardboard roll fits perfectly in the space where the foam sits, adding support and completing the base.

I found a few little white silk flowers to tuck around the base, and they made it look extra cute.

Because there is beauty everywhere, I finished it with a little sign I found in my scrapbook paper scraps-adding to the perfect touch to complete this blooming beauty floral box.
